Sunday Funday at Trout Lake Nature Center

Water seems to surround us in Lake County but as we know we are currently experiencing a drought which affects our watery habitats. Water is one of the most vital resources in Florida and around the world. The Trout Lake Nature Center is hosting its final Sunday Funday on May 4 from 1 – 3 PM with activities focused on water. Come to this event to learn more about the world of water and our environment with guest experts from the Lake County Water Authority and St. Johns River Water Management District, as well as special exhibits and activities. This is a great opportunity to learn more about our lakes, aquifer and aquatic creatures. This fun event is for the whole family. You can go at your own pace and it is a chance to enjoy the outdoors.
