Dade's Battle at Dade Battlefield Historic State Park

Reenactment commemorates the 187th anniversary of Dade's Battle of 1835, the beginning of the Second Seminole War.
Event includes period soldiers, Seminole camps, period vendor trade fair, historical arts-and-crafts demonstrations, and full-scale cannon firing plus 19th-century games and activities for children.
