07/20-08/20 Back to School Sales Tax Holiday

Consumers can purchase qualifying back to school supplies exempt from tax during the 2026 Back to School Sales Tax Holiday. Passed by the Florida Legislature and signed into law by Gov. Ron DeSantis, the sales tax holiday begins Monday, July 20 and extends through Thursday, August 20.
Qualifying Items:

Learning Aids and Jigsaw Puzzles for $30 or less

Most school supplies selling for $50 or less

Clothing, Footwear & Accessories selling for $100 or less

Computers and Related Accessories selling for $1500 or less
