07/19 Let's Get Physical at FBC Eustis

We will be offering Back to School or Sports Physicals on Saturday July 19th from 9am to 12 pm. There will be free hair cuts, free cloths closet, vision and dental screening, hotdogs, hamburgers and chips.
Please visit our Church Website to pre-register your child, choose a preferred time, and print out forms. Please know that you can only choose one of the physicals and not both. Registration will close Wednesday July 16th at noon and arrival times will be sent out by end of day on Thursday July 17th. We will do our best to place you in the time you've selected. We can't wait to meet you!
