Help Me Grow Lake

Help Me Grow is a free program that supports families, child health care, early care and education and human service providers. When a family participates in the Help Me Grow Program, the Care Coordinator will offer developmental screenings which identify the milestones your child(ren)'s accomplished, as well as address any concerns you may have regarding your child(ren)’s development.

This service is FREE of charge to residents of all of Lake County and we are waiting to provide it to you!
