Black Bear Festival in Umatilla

The City of Umatilla is bringing back the Black Bear Festival. Join the library at Cadwell Park for a day of outdoor adventure and conservation as we celebrate our beloved black bears. The library's booth will have storytimes and children's crafts. Play the Black Bear Festival's Beanstack BINGO for a chance at a prize. In addition to the library's activities there will be food trucks, live music and many cool and exiting adventures.
