Howey Music Series presents a free instrument making class for children at the Howey Library.

Saturday, April 18, 2026, 11:00am

Children in K-3rd grades will make and play their own instruments in this hands-on workshop! Rosemary is the 2021 Florida Music Educator of the Year. The event will begin with a period of instruction by the presenter and end with an instrument petting zoo and snacks.

This class is designed for children in grades Kindergarten-3rd, but is open to children outside of this age group who would benefit from this level of instruction.

This free event is a part of our music education series for children.
