Spring Into Poetry Contest at WT Bland Library

April is National Poetry Month! All ages are encouraged to enter our Warner Brown Poetry Contest, with poems inspired by the natural world around us. The submission deadline is Friday, March 13, 2026 and contest guidelines are available at the library or request them via email. Local poet Laura Sobbott Ross will judge our contest, which includes cash prizes for three age categories, thanks to our sponsor The Mount Dora Library Association. Ages 12 & up.
