Join us on May 14th as we celebrate World Migratory Bird Day! This year's theme is "Dim the Lights for Birds at Night". Millions of birds die each year due to light pollution! The theme this year stresses the importance to reduce light pollution. We can all do our part by dimming, blocking, or turning off external lights.
This year's event is a free event but a $5 donation per person would be greatly appreciated. The event will start at 10AM. We’ll have flight demonstrations throughout the day and a raffle drawing at 1PM. We’ll also have kites to make or your can bring your own kite to fly! Birds will start going home at 2PM for the final flight demonstration of the day at 3PM.
