Join us in honoring and keeping the dream alive with a parade which begins at 10am. The parade will start at McKinney Park. Corner of
E. DeSoto St. & Bloxam Ave. and ending at Waterfront Park. The Ceremony will begin at 11am at Waterfront Park.
