Eustis Yoga

Our beautiful center in Eustis, Florida is dedicated to the art and science of yoga. We serve the surrounding community including Mount Dora, Tavares, Sorrento, Leesburg, and more. We aim to make yoga accessible to everybody. Men and women of all ages and physical abilities–beginners and advanced students–are guided to work to their individual edge in our Yoga for All classes. We provide a peaceful and harmonious environment which encourages renewal and inner focus. A non-competitive spirit pervades our classes. Mindfulness training is woven into all of our yoga classes.
