South Lake Home Educators

We offers numerous activities for grades Pre-K-12. Our activities are organized on a volunteer basis by individual parents who are members of our support group. Each family is asked to participate by helping with, planning or coordinating at least one event per year. Our homeschool cooperative is run by volunteer families who, with the help of it's members, strives to equip students with not only academic preparedness, but a lifelong love of learning.

SLHE is located in Clermont, Florida. It was formed in 1988 as a support group to encourage home educating
families in the task of teaching their children at home. The group is administered by a board of directors and volunteer coordinators.
