WELCOME TO PARKSIDE YOGA & RELAXATION CENTER 

We are excited and honored to share our very own refreshing and highly effective brand of yoga with the Apopka/Errol Estates community. Also shared at our sister studio, Sweetwater Yoga & Fitness, Core Integrated Alignment Yoga was specifically designed to offer the community intelligent, progressive movement which stabilizes the joints, encourages healthy range of motion, realigns the spine and strengthens the core. Our style of yoga is both challenging and accessible to practitioners of all ages and fitness levels; no matter your ability, injury, size, or condition, we modify postures as necessary to encourage students to develop a deeper awareness of breath and body, the ability to focus and relax the mind and connect with the soul. 

Our dedicated and passionate teaching tribe is exceptional. We are here to guide and support you on your unique and individual yoga journey. Our concept emphasizes the authentic sacredness of each yogi, serving to bring harmony, balance and peace within ourselves, proportionately benefitting the greater community. All teachers are educated and in continuous with CIA Yoga brand creator and studio owner, Shannon Kidwell.

We are a private boutique studio. To participate in our group classes, please register on our website/app to hold your spot. There is a 2 hour cancellation policy; please cancel your class on the website/app more than 2 hours prior to class start time to be refunded the class. No shows will be charged the class as if attended. Thank you for helping us keep small business alive!
