Pavilion Rental

      Effective immediately, please see the following changes to the Hickory                     Point Pavilion rental process:

  • Reservations can not be confirmed until the application has been received, approved by Parks & Water      Resources, the pavilion fees paid in full, and rules and regulations have been signed.  The application is    available on the website or the Parks & Water Resources office.
  • Please mail or deliver the completed rental application along with payment.
  • We accept cash, check, or money order.  If bringing cash, please bring the exact amount, as we are           unable to make change. We do not accept credit or debit cards. Make check or money order payable         to  Lake County Water Authority. Please include driver's license number and phone number on the check.
  • Please allow 3-4 weeks for deposits paid with cash.

Rent Hickory Point Pavilion

Your reservation cannot be confirmed until the pavilion fee is paid and we receive a completed APPLICATION.

How to rent the Hickory Point Pavilion

  1. Download, complete and return this form: (Hickory Point Pavilion Rental Application – PDF to the Parks & Water Resources office at 27351 State Road 19, Tavares, FL  32778. 
  2. Your reservation cannot be confirmed until the pavilion fee is paid and your application is approved by Parks & Water Resources.  (Pavilion Fee Schedule is contained within the rental application).  Please remember to read and sign the rules and regulations and return the signed form with your application.
  3. A refundable cleaning deposit equal to the reservation fee may be paid upon rental or within 30 days after completion of your rental application and payment of your rental fee.  
  4. NO SMOKING in pavilion or under any roofed structure.
