This is a 6 week program, 9AM-11AM Mondays-Thursdays, designed for rising 9th-12th grade boys & girls looking to improve their skills, game awareness & fitness over the summer break. We'll split the training into 3 weeks each; first 3 weeks start June 11th through June 28th then we'll take a break during the 4th of July week, then the last 3 weeks would be July 9th through the 26th. A running program will be given to the players for the 4th of July off week.
